Lightning protection that protects against damage to the electrical unit in the event of a lightning strike.
Mounted on the feeder cable between the electric fence unit and the fence.
The lightning protection itself is grounded with a wire to an earth spike.
In case of overload due to lightning strikes, current is routed via the lightning protection directly to the ground spike.
